MARKET COMMENTThe RTS and MSCI EM gained 1.2% and 1.0%, respectively, yesterday. Helping EMs along were negative remarks from the US president regarding the Fed's monetary policy. Today, we expect Senate committee meetings on Russia and sanctions to be the main focus for our market, though they do not begin until late afternoon. A speech in DC scheduled for UK Foreign Minister Jeremy Hunt will likely also prove relevant.
