Fixed Income. Promsvyazbank - CBR Clean-Up Continues
Last Friday, the CBR announced that Promsvyazbank (PSB) would undergo financial rehabilitation. Similar to the two most recent rehabilitations of large Russian banks (Otkritie FC Bank in August and B&N Bank in September), PSB's rehabilitation will take place under the recently established resolution regime, through the CBR-led Banking Sector Consolidation Fund (BSCF).
