MARKET COMMENT - WEAK US JOBS REPORT, FLAT INDICATORS AS RUSSIA AT MULTIYEAR HIGHStock markets tended toward slight gains yesterday. Indicators are flattish this morning, as a weak US jobs report had mixed implications for markets. The more important monthly nonfarm payroll report is due tomorrow. The RTS soared 1.8% to 1,715, its highest level since March 2012. The Vladivostok forum begins on a day that otherwise has fewer scheduled events to watch than earlier this week.
