MARKET COMMENT - CYCLICALS AND OIL OUTPERFORMING ON A MIXED BACKDROP; SPIEF AND CBW IN FOCUS TODAYWhile most markets saw gains yesterday (MSCI EM +1.1%), a flat US session and concerns about US employment data left a more mixed picture overnight. The RTS gained 1.0% to mark 1,614. Most indicators are mixed today, except for a further rise in oil. SPIEF and possible US announcements related to sanctions are in focus.
