Debt Markets Today - December 15, 2021. CBR Preview, Fed Preview, EU Gas Market Regulation Plans, Kazakhstan Rates Update
CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe CIS Eurobond market remained inactive yesterday with the Fed decision looming. The only significant changes in price within the sovereign segment were from the Russia 43 and Kazakhstan 44, which added 0.2 pp and 0.3 pp, respectively. In the corporate segment, the only noteworthy price changes were from the Alfa Bank 30 sub and Sovcombank perp, which lost a respective 0.2 pp and 0.3 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields added 2-4 bps yesterday amid extended losses for risk assets globally. Turnover amounted to R24 bln, below the average for the last month.
