CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes advanced again on Friday morning given the limited number of sellers. Selling emerged only in the evening, after a sharp rise in US Treasury yields, and turnover increased slightly. The Russia 42 fared the best (+0.3 pp), followed by the Russia 35 (+0.2 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was inactive on Friday as many US investors were still absent despite it being a working day in the US. Trading was again concentrated in short and medium-dated issues, though yields did not budge much by the close.
