CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe CIS Eurobond market continued winding down yesterday, with only the Russia 28 (down 0.2 pp) and Kazakhstan 44 and 45 (down 0.3 pp each) recording price changes.GOVERNMENT DEBTYesterday, against the backdrop of rising risk appetite across global markets and a strengthening ruble, OFZs closed with gains. Short-dated yields fell 7-8 bps as investors continued to put ruble liquidity into OFZs ahead of the long New Year holidays. Meanwhile, long-dated yields ended the day 3-7 bps lower.
