CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading in Russian sovereign Eurobonds yesterday was again concentrated near the middle of the curve, though price changes in the segment were minimal. The only issues to register a significant change in price were those at the long end, which added 0.2 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTAs risk appetite continued to rise globally, OFZ yields initially extended their decline started on Tuesday, falling 2-5 bps across the curve. However, they reverted to previous levels by the close, the market pressured by yesterday's auction results - the Finance Ministry had to offer a 3 bp yield premium to place the entire R20 bln offered in a 5y nominal issue (see our review below).
