CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe correction in Russian sovereign Eurobonds continued yesterday. The Russia 43 again posted the biggest decline (down 0.4 pp), followed by the Russia 35 (down 0.2 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading was languid in the OFZ market yesterday before the announcement of today's auctions. When the Finance Ministry announced it would auction a single, defensive issue, the 5y OFZ 29014 floater, locals started actively picking up paper. On the day, yields on intermediate issues fell 10-12 bps, while those on long-dated paper ended 7 9 bps lower.
