CIS EUROBOND MARKETDespite the sharp decline in UST yields, quotes on Russian sovereign Eurobonds closed the day without major changes.GOVERNMENT DEBTOn Friday, the OFZ market exhibited a pattern very similar to what we had seen in the past few trading sessions - the curve continued to flatten as investors continued to price in a 50 bp rate hike along with more hawkish rhetoric from the CBR this Friday. The sharpest rise in yields was in the segment up to the 3y mark, which shifted 8-10 bps upward, while the rest of the curve rose just 1-2 bps. This meant that OFZs significantly underperformed both US Treasuries (the 10y yield fell 7 bps) and EM peers (10y papers fell 5 12 bps in yield).
