CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds continued to face headwinds on Friday amid global risk aversion and a sharp drop in oil prices as the US election drew nearer. Underperformers included the Russia 43 (-0.6 pp) and Russia 28 (-0.5 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market remained fairly quiet on Friday, though yields moved 7-10 bps higher amid global risk aversion. Trading volumes totaled R14 bln. VTB CEO Andrei Kostin commented on Friday that OFZ yields had reached levels that are attractive for the bank, and that VTB has already invested R400-500 bln in OFZs and is ready to increase that amount to R750 bln by the end of the year.
