CIS EUROBOND MARKETOn Friday, profit taking continued in long-dated Russian Eurobonds. The Russia 47 saw the biggest decline in price (down 0.3 pp). GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was largely inactive ahead of the CBR meeting, but a sharp rise in the ruble helped to push yields 2-3 bps lower. After the CBR announced it was keeping the key rate unchanged, yields moved back toward earlier levels.
