CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Russian sovereign Eurobond market remains illiquid. Fitch downgrade Russia's long-term FX Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to C from B, while JPMorgan Chase announced it will pull Russian sovereign and corporate bonds from all of its fixed-income indexes. GOVERNMENT DEBTLast Friday, OFZ trading remained suspended on the Moscow Exchange.
