MARKET COMMENT - MARKETS SLOUCH A BIT LOWER DESPITE FEW MAJOR NEWS CATALYSTSThe RTS managed to edge up 0.1% to 1,159, while the MSCI EM slipped 0.2%. That said, Russia was in fact among the bottom quarter of EMs - the 0.5% fall for China and 0.6% drop for India were among the factors dragging on the overall EM benchmark.
