CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds again saw below-average volumes yesterday. Quotes were little changed, though the Russia 47 rose 0.2 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields crept lower yesterday morning, but a turnaround occurred later and they ended up closing 2 4 bps higher.
