CIS EUROBOND MARKETOn Friday, Russian sovereign Eurobonds again moved higher due to lower declining benchmark yields. However, upward momentum remained extremely weak. The Russia 43 led the way (+0.4 pp), followed by the Russia 35 and 42 (+0.3 pp each).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields continued to decline on Friday due to market expectations of a CBR rate cut this Friday having increased earlier in the week, and also due to the latest inflation data, which indicated a slowdown in May to 5.1%. Rising global risk appetite also contributed. Yields closed 3-4 bps lower along the curve. Nonresidents were predominantly selling in the middle of the curve, while locals were selling at the long end.
