CIS EUROBOND MARKETCIS Eurobonds gapped higher at the open yesterday and continued to advance throughout the session despite a rise in benchmark yields. Russian sovereign Eurobonds posted rather solid gains amid an absence of catalysts. The Russia 47 tacked on 0.9 pp to reach 103.76% (YTM 5.0%, Z-spread 247 bps), while the Russia 35 rose 0.6 pp to close at a record high of 103.71% (YTM 4.76%, Z-spread 231 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTDemand for OFZs continued to pick up yesterday, including in the middle of the curve, where it was particularly high among foreigners. In the first half of the day, OFZ yields slid 5-9 bps, but in the evening offers began to predominate, paring the declines from the 3y mark and out to 4-6 bps. PhosAgro is a producer of phosphate-based fertilizers. As of Dec 31 2014, Co. had two segments: Phosphate-based products, which includes mainly production and distribution of ammophos, diammoniumphosphate, sodium tripoly phosphate and other phosphate based and complex (NPK) fertilisers on the factories located in Cherepovets, Balakovo and Volkhov, and production and distribution of apatite concentrate extracted from the apatite-nepheline ore, which is mined and processed in Kirovsk; and Nitrogen-based products,which includes mainly production and distribution of ammonia, ammonium nitrate and urea on the factory located in Cherepovets.
