CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading was weak on the Russian sovereign Eurobond market, particularly at the long end, though buying activity prevailed in the belly. The Russia 27 was the sole gainer (+0.2 pp), while the Russia 47 sank 0.2 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was not very active for much of the day but picked up toward the evening yesterday. Nonresidents were generally on the offer side. Yields closed 2-3 bps higher among issues maturing in 10y or more.
