MARKET COMMENT - DIPLOMATIC MOVES CAUSE RUSSIAN DIP; US RALLY PROVIDING OPTIMISM TODAYThe announced expulsion of Russian diplomats from 21 countries yesterday sank the RTS, leaving the market down 2.4% versus a global average gain of 1.5%. An utterly unrelated rally in the US, especially in tech, has highlighted global volatility and also provided a positive backdrop today for the RTS open.
