MARKET COMMENT - RTS FUTURES DOWN MORE THAN 3% AHEAD OF LAVROV-BLINKEN MEETINGThe RTS climbed 2.5% to 1,451 amid continued volatility and high turnover. Global markets fared well early in the day but headed south following weak US financials and macro reports.
