MARKET COMMENT - RUSSIA AND EMS AGAIN OUTPERFORM WHILE US, ESPECIALLY TECH, LAGSThe RTS yesterday climbed 2.2% to 1,315, its highest level since February 2018. Gazprom led the day with a more than 9% gain. Otherwise, EMs fared best, while the US was in negative territory amid questions about weakening indicators and news that antitrust regulators would investigate the largest tech companies.
