MARKET COMMENT - OIL AND CHINESE MARKETS SIGNALING A POSITIVE TURN TODAYThe MSCI Russia, EM and World (DM) all crept up 0.1% yesterday on a day of little overall movement for markets. Today, a more than 1% surge in Brent and a more than 2% climb in the Shanghai Composite are among factors suggesting a stronger open for markets, after US officials made positive but noncommittal remarks on progress in trade talks with China.
