CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe correlation between Russian sovereign Eurobonds and US Treasury yields has been even stronger than usual recently, and yesterday was no exception, with a rise in UST yields in the evening sparking a slight drop in long-dated Russian sovereign quotes (the Russia 43 eased 0.3 pp and the Russia 47 declined 0.2 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields continued to recover yesterday after Monday's surge of around 20 bps amid worries about the Belarus situation. The Finance Ministry also canceled yesterday's auctions, supporting the market. On the day yesterday, yields fell 6-9 bps in the middle of the curve and 4-5 bps among long issues.
