CIS EUROBOND MARKETRising US Treasury yields brought sellers onto the Russian sovereign Eurobond market after several days of gains amid no offers. The Russia 47 lost 0.6 pp and the Russia 28 retreated 0.3 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTYesterday, OFZ yields eased another 1-4 bps at the short end and in the belly. Last week's redemption of the R150 bln OFZ 26210 is probably still providing support. However, locals were selling 14-20y paper, likely to take profit ahead of the year-end, and yields rose 1-2 bps in this segment.
