CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds came under pressure in the morning yesterday as US Treasury yields were recovering, but the opening in New York precipitated a bout of nonresident buying activity, enabling quotes to move back toward the previous closing levels. The new Russia 35 was the main focus and lost 0.3 pp on the day. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields continued to climb and finished 4-6 bps higher in the belly and 7-8 bps higher at the long end. Nonresidents were predominantly selling, while locals were both buying and selling.
