CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Russian sovereign Eurobond market remained fairly inactive yesterday, with the bulk of trades going through when US data came out. The data sparked a sharp rise in US Treasury yields, and sellers on the Russian sovereign market appeared after several days of being absent, which increased turnover. Local accounts were predominant. Russian sovereign quotes again ended the day higher, led by the Russia 47 (+0.6 pp) and the Russia 42 (+0.4 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market saw limited activity from nonresidents yesterday on the eve of Thanksgiving in the US. Yields in the 7y+ segment closed 1-2 bp lower.
