CIS EUROBOND MARKETA sharp rise in US Treasury yields yesterday triggered a selloff in Russian sovereign Eurobonds. The long end underperformed with losses of 0.8-1.0 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTFollowing comments from CBR Governor Elvira Nabiullina, OFZ yields rose around 5 bps on average. They rose further following the Finance Ministry's announcement that it would hold an auction today, ending the day 10-12 bps higher. The ministry will offer the market R15 bln in the 5y OFZ 26223 (February 2024, 6.50%).
