CIS EUROBOND MARKETOn the Russian sovereign Eurobond market, the Russia 47 was again well bid among local accounts and rose 0.5 pp. Other issues moved little, with nonresidents generally on the offer.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe auction for the 20y OFZ 26230 (March 2039, 7.70%) had a fairly weak outcome and sent yields 2-3 bps higher along the curve. The ministry placed R43 bln, almost satisfying demand, which reached R55 bln. It provided a 0.3 pp premium (the weighted average price was 115.3%).
