MARKET COMMENT - JUMBO GLOBAL STIMULUS PLANS; MIXED MORNING INDICATORSThe RTS fell 3.3% to 935. The MSCI ACWI rose 3.5%, partly on the back of a US rally that continued after Moscow's closing bell. A number of governments announced more stimulus, most notably US plans that add up to $1.2 trln.
