MARKET COMMENT - HOLIDAY GAINS LEAD INVESTORS TO SOME BELT-TIGHTENING THIS MORNINGMarkets rallied over Russia's holidays, with a further strong gain on Friday on the back of rising expectations for more US stimulus. The RTS gained 2.1% that day to reach nearly 1,467 points, while the MSCI ACWI rose 0.9%.
