MARKET COMMENT - RUSSIAN STOCKS RETREAT AMID SLIDING OIL PRICEThe RTS Index lost 1.0% amid negative trends on global markets. The Brent oil price retreated 3.3% to $41/bbl, while the S&P 500 slid 0.5%. It has an installed electricity generation capacity of 38.5 GW; and heat capacity of 16.2 GCal/h.
