CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes advanced yesterday, led by the Russia 42 and 47, which gained a respective 1.0 pp and 1.2 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields eased just 4-5 bps yesterday, despite the record volumes placed at the Finance Ministry's OFZ auctions, which involved virtually no premiums to the secondary market (see the story below). The external backdrop remained favorable, with the 10y US Treasury yield holding stable and the ruble firming.
