MARKET COMMENT - BRENT AROUND $25/BBL AND USD/RUB ABOVE 80Stocks fell globally, the MSCI ACWI dropping 5.1%. Russia was one of four liquid markets to fall more than 10%; the RTS declined 11% to 832, its lowest level since 1Q16. The ruble fell 6% during the session amid an 11% drop in Brent.
