CIS EUROBOND MARKETIn the Russian sovereign Eurobond market yesterday, long-dated issues shed 0.4-0.9 pp. The Russia 20, which is primarily held by locals, served as somewhat of an anchor for the short end. The main volumes went through in the Russia 26, 27 and 29. GOVERNMENT DEBTYesterday, OFZ yields climbed 2-3 bps at the opening amid a weakening ruble, but trading was extremely thin. Following more dovish comments from CBR Governor Elvira Nabiullina, yields slipped 2-3 bps below Monday's closing levels.
