CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond moved higher amid a rise in global risk appetite. Long issues fared the best, the Russia 47 adding 0.4 pp and the Russia 42 climbing 0.2 pp. Nonresidents were the main buyers.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields in the 6y+ segment eased in the morning in response to the firming ruble, but the insipid outcome to the auction for the OFZ 26209 (July 2022, 7.60%), at which just R10 bln was placed out of R20 bln on offer despite a 7 bp premium to the secondary market, caused yields to rise 2-6 bps on issues maturing in 3y or more. At the second auction, for the OFZ 26225 (May 2034, 7.25%), only R7.5 bln out of R10 bln was placed, with a 3 bp premium to the secondary market.
