CIS EUROBOND MARKETLong-dated Russian sovereign Eurobonds saw demand from Asian accounts, particularly the Russia 47, which rose 0.4 pp. Other long issues also advanced, though on much lower turnover.GOVERNMENT DEBTActivity surged on the OFZ market. Yields slipped 2-4 bps in the belly and 5-7 bps at the long end. This move was supported by comments yesterday from CBR Governor Elvira Nabiullina that the BoD will consider the possibility of a key rate cut at its June 14 meeting and that inflation has performed better than the bank expected. She also said that the CBR could cut the rate to the neutral level by 2020. These comments reinforced the market's expectations of a rate cut at the next meeting.
