CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading in Russian sovereign Eurobonds was thin yesterday, as is often the case on Mondays. Price changes were minimal - the only notable movers were the Russia 27 and 29, which both added 0.2 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTYesterday, OFZ yields edged 1-2 bps higher in issues maturing in 7y and longer on a day of sluggish activity. Overall, only R10 bln was traded. We expect the Finance Ministry today to announce that tomorrow it will issue the 3y OFZ 26209 (July 2022, 7.60%) and 15y OFZ 26225 (May 2034, 7.25%). The redemption of the OFZ 26208 last week has created demand at the short end of the curve, while the 15y paper has not been offered for almost a month.
