CIS EUROBOND MARKETYesterday's session was fairly restrained. Investors appeared unwilling to make any decisive moves ahead of a speech by Fed Chairman Powell, which began at 20:00 Moscow time. As a result, quotes were generally little moved.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields opened 1-2 bps lower, but the ruble's decline forced them back to the previous closing levels. The Finance Ministry placed in full R5 bln in the 5y OFZ 26223 (February 2024, 6.50%) and R5 bln in the 2y OFZ 26214 (May 2020, 6.40%) without premiums to the secondary market.
