MARKET COMMENT - OPEC+ STALEMATE LOOKS INDEFINITE; RUSSIA INDICATORS OUTPERFORMINGRussia (RTS +0.3% to 1,665) was among the better performers yesterday, and its early morning indicators also look positive today. The OPEC+ stalemate continues, leading Brent to its highest levels since 2018 at above $77/bbl.
