MARKET COMMENT - FLAT DAY AS OIL CLIMBED, POLITICAL COMMENTATORS SIGNALED CAUTIONThe RTS ended just below flat at 1,661, a result in line with peers. Stocks were lukewarm globally, while for the Russian market some investors may have raised political risk assessments following headlines claiming that the Russian government may be looking for quite significant diplomatic moves from other countries before supporting an easing of recent tensions.
