Debt Markets Today - November 15, 2021. Nonresident Eurobond Holdings Data for 3Q21, Lukoil Plans New FCC Complex
CIS EUROBOND MARKETInvestor sentiment was driven by geopolitical factors on Friday. Sell orders declined considerably across all market segments. GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market sold off on Friday amid a deterioration in the geopolitical backdrop and weakening of the ruble. Yields on most issues moved on average 10 bps higher, although long-dated paper was somewhat more resilient and added just 7 bps in yield. Trading volumes on the Moscow Exchange totaled R30 bln and were evenly distributed across the curve. Peer EM debt markets also experienced losses as the mid-week surge in UST yields continued to be priced in.
