CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond prices again traded flaccidly yesterday. In the Russian corporate segment, perps continued to rally, with those of Sovcombank up 0.50 pp on the day, Tinkoff Bank 0.25 pp and Alfa Bank 0.125 pp. Other outperformers included the GTLK 27 and GTLK 28, each of which added 0.375 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTYields on medium- and long-dated OFZs fell another 1-3 bps early yesterday as the ruble resumed its rally. However, later in the day the Finance Ministry announced that it would offer up the long-dated nominal OFZ 26235 (March 2031) without a limit at today's auction, which caused yields to snap back to their previous levels. Trading volumes were up considerably at R52 bln.
