CIS EUROBOND MARKETDue to the sharp rise in US Treasury yields late Tuesday night going into Wednesday, yesterday Eurobonds in the CIS region opened 0.1-0.3 pp lower in price. However, by the close yesterday UST yields had returned to their previous levels, which allowed Eurobonds in the region to retrace the earlier move and close with price movements of no more than 0.1 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTYesterday, OFZ yields did not change ahead of the weekly inflation data due in the evening. Support came from a stable ruble, as well as falling US Treasury yields, which was offset by the fact that demand at the Finance Ministry auctions turned out weak.
