CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds opened as much as 0.75 pp lower amid rising US Treasury yields. However, US Treasuries made a U-turn later, pushing Russian quotes higher. The Russia 47 fared the best (+0.3 pp) while the Russia 43 fared the worst (-0.4 pp). Volumes were below average.GOVERNMENT DEBTSliding global risk appetite in the wake of the FOMC meeting ensured that OFZ yields gapped 3-4 bps higher at the opening, and they closed at these levels. Volumes were not that high at R15 bln, with activity predominantly in the belly.
