MARKET COMMENT - POLITICAL EVENTS, US PAYROLLS LIKELY TO GUIDE MARKETS TODAYA hawkish turn from the BoE and ECB and weak US tech results saw markets ease. Russia fared a bit worse than peers, the RTS declining 2.2% to 1,432 after recent days' rebound.
