MARKET COMMENT - WEEKEND SURGE IN OIL PRICES SETS A POSITIVE BACKDROPThe RTS recovered from a nearly 3% intraday decline to end Friday flat, a performance in line with peers. A weekend surge in oil prices provides temporary, strong background support, while the reflation trade also remains a driver.
