MARKET COMMENT - YANDEX, TCS AND MAIL YESTERDAY; STATE BANKS, AMCHAM AND FED TODAYMarkets saw slight declines to moderate gains yesterday, until a broad retreat in the US pulled them down last night and into this morning. The RTS (1,196) fared better than most with a 0.2% gain yesterday, but futures and other indicators suggest the market will adjust this morning.
