MegaFon is a mobile telecommunications operating group based in Russia. Co. maintains its own network of 4G, LTE protocol, providing a full range of mobile services across the country (Moscow, Moscow Region, Novosibirsk, Samara, Vladivostok, Ufa, Krasnodar Territory, Sochi, Saint-Petersburg, Kazan, Kostroma). Co. also offers fixed broadband, digital TV and IP-telephony in Moscow and in the Moscow, Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk and Orel regions. In addition, Co. provides broadband Internet access in the Volga region and the Far East. Co.'s subsidiaries maintain operations in Tajikistan, Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

MHP is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in poultry and related operations, grain growing, as well as other agricultural operations. Co.'s poultry and related operations integrate all functions related to the production of chicken, including hatching, fodder manufacturing, raising chickens to marketable age, processing and marketing of branded chilled products and include the production and sale of chicken products, sunflower oil, mixed fodder and convenience food products. Grain growing produces and sells grains. Other agricultural operations comprise the production and sale of cooked meat, sausages, beef, milk, goose meat, foie gras, fruit and feed grains.

PhosAgro is a producer of phosphate-based fertilizers. As of Dec 31 2014, Co. had two segments: Phosphate-based products, which includes mainly production and distribution of ammophos, diammoniumphosphate, sodium tripoly phosphate and other phosphate based and complex (NPK) fertilisers on the factories located in Cherepovets, Balakovo and Volkhov, and production and distribution of apatite concentrate extracted from the apatite-nepheline ore, which is mined and processed in Kirovsk; and Nitrogen-based products,which includes mainly production and distribution of ammonia, ammonium nitrate and urea on the factory located in Cherepovets.
