Russia outperformed peers yesterday on a day of decently positive global risk sentiment and a surge in oil prices. Global and Russian market highlights expected today include the Fedâ€™s hike forecast for this year, an EU proposal to tax digital companies, oil data and Lukoilâ€™s results ahead of its Friday investor day.
