CIS EUROBOND MARKETPrices on Russian sovereign Eurobonds closed flattish once again yesterday. Volumes were significantly lower than average, as many investors opted to remain on the sidelines amid the heightened geopolitical uncertainty. The only issue that posted a loss for the day was the Russia 28, which sank 0.2 pp in price to 159.7% (YTM 5.0%, Z-spread 211 bps). GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market kicked off yesterday's session with a sharp drop in prices, but a turnaround in the middle of the day on a recovery in the ruble and demand from locals and foreigners alike pushed yields back toward the previous day's closing levels. They finished up 5 bps on average.
